Position Title: Lifeguard
Position Description:
Lifeguards are primarily responsible for supervising and maintaining a safe pool environment. Lifeguards enforce facility rules and regulations and educate patrons about them.

Position Title: Learn To Swim Instructor & Lifeguard
Learn to Swim Instructors & Lifeguards are primarily responsible for providing appropriate swim instruction to children and adults of all ages and abilities. Instructors enforce facility rules and regulations and educate patrons about them.
Training: We use onsite swim instructor training for new aquatics staff. New Instructors will be required to attend a Westonka Swim Academy and shadow a Swim Instructor for approximately 6- 10 hours prior to teaching. During this time new instructors will shadow experienced instructors' classes and gain valuable knowledge and teaching skills before teaching classes on their own. During the Swim Academy instructors will learn communication skills for kids and parents, as well as best practice teaching swimming and safety skills. Once hired staff will also be required to attend periodic training and in-services throughout the session.

Westonka High School Theatre is seeking a creative and organized Theatre Costumer for our upcoming production of Les Misérables: School Edition. This sweeping musical, set in nineteenth-century France, explores themes of redemption, sacrifice, and the power of compassion.
Our production approach treats Les Misérables as a full-company production, requiring a significant commitment to costuming a large ensemble that transitions through multiple tracks, including workers, factory girls, townspeople, students, revolutionaries, and wedding guests.
Role Summary
The Theatre Costumer is responsible for the visual realization of characters through clothing and accessories. This role involves designing, sourcing, constructing, and maintaining costumes that reflect the "gritty" nature of 1800s France while ensuring all choices remain appropriate for a high school setting and district expectations.
