Reports to: The head coach, who provides a final evaluation to the athletic director Primary Functions:To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success while at the same time helping the athlete to achieve an increased level of self-esteem, an appreciation for the values of sportsmanship and discipline. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing the aims and objectives of the sport program as outline by the head coach and school administration. Will instruct athletes in the skills needed to realize a degree of individual and team success; to include instruction in individual and team fundamentals, strategy, and physical training.

Full-time (6.5 hours daily – 182 days per year) Teaching Assistant position available at Conard High School in the Library Media Center, under the supervision of the Library Media Center Specialists, and the Library Media Teaching Assistant. Duties consist of: monitoring students in the library and providing some clerical support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with high school students. Bachelor’s degree required. Compensation is $87 per day.
Pupil Services Tutors K-12 Tutors to work one-on-one with elementary, middle & high school students in West Hartford. Assist students by meeting with them to review teacher provided class material and lesson plans. Tutors of all experience levels encouraged to apply. Flexible schedule. $25/hour.
