Job Summary: This position works under the direction of the Head Coach in providing direction to student-athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. To value and promote the worth of each participant while effectively leading players and staff to achieve their individual and collective potential. The work assists the superintendent toward the accomplishment of the mission of the Woodland Public Schools of preparing students for career, life, and college so that they can become a responsible and compassionate citizen. Job Summary: This is a long-term substitute position from January 5, 2026, to April 3, 2026. The diverse support program paraeducator is working with our most high-need students, usually in a diverse support classroom and sometimes within the general education classroom as well. They assist the teacher in general daily classroom activities and care for the students’ physical, emotional health, and safety, affirming their abilities and striving to promote dignity in all relationships.
