Our Hiring Process


1.The preliminary phase - complete the online application and upload all relevant documentation. It is fine to send electronic copies of resume and cover letter or to hand deliver these items to the school. If you choose to hand deliver materials, please be respectful of the administrator's time. When your application is complete, it will automatically be forwarded to the administrator to screen.

2.The full interview phase - the administrator responsible for hiring each position will review all applicant information and contact chosen applicants to participate in a video or audio recording of candidate responses to 30 questions. The data from the interviews is shared among all administrators.

3.The school level interview phase - the administrator responsible for hiring each position will review all full interviews and all relevant application materials to select candidates to participate in the school level interview. The school level interviews are conducted by administrators and a team of school faculty.

4.The recommendation phase - materials are submitted to HR for review and approval before any job offer can be made.
