BCPS has one of the highest starting teacher salaries in Southwest Michigan, starting at $51,500. We offer comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement,
and paid professional development for teachers through our Transformational Teacher Institute. Educators are supported with new teacher mentoring, instructional coaching,
and collaborative planning time. Teachers and administrators are also eligible for our housing incentive, which provides up to $20,000 in home purchase assistance
