Opportunity Culture in Chatham: Multi-Classroom Leader applications are now available for interested teachers
An educator in the Multi-Classroom Leader (MCL) role leads a small team of teachers and paraprofessionals in the same grade or subject to bring excellence and learning success for all students taught by the team members. In preparation for the 2026-2027 academic year, teams from each school across the district will design implementation plans for incorporation of the MCL role.
