EASTERN CARVER COUNTY SCHOOLS ON-CALL SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS 2025-2026 Join Our Team!
Eligibility: Candidates interested in becoming a substitute teacher for Eastern Carver County Schools must hold a valid Minnesota teaching license issued by the Minnesota Professional Licensing and Standards Board. The district will accept a short call substitute license, see details below or refer to our district website at www.district112.org for more information. The substitute teacher rate of pay is $155 per full day and $77.50 per half day. If you are a retired teacher from ECCS the rate is $160 per full day and $80.00 per half day. The district's substitutes access assignments 24/7 via Absence Management (Frontline). You can choose which schools you’ll accept jobs from, what times you would like to be called, what days you are not available to work and more! A background check will be conducted. If recommended for employment, applicant will provide proof of legal right to work in the United States if required. Thousands of children need extra help to achieve grade level skills and confidence in math. Take action as a tutor because students who have strong foundational math skills are better prepared for success in the classroom, community and workplace.
As a Math Tutor, you’ll be placed at a local school where you’ll help students in kindergarten through third grade to improve their core math skills and gain confidence. Every day, you’ll meet with groups of 2-3 students to provide extra practice and build skills.
With great training and on-site coaching, we’ll prepare you to help kids succeed. Students make the most progress when you are there, so our tutors serve during school hours and are needed for the entire school year. We are currently recruiting tutors for the 2023-24 school year, with the option of beginning in August, October or January.?
