2024-25 Area Guest Teacher - Details listed under "vacancies" to the left:
*Area Guest Teachers are assigned to serve schools within an area of the school district daily.  Each area is comprised of elementary, middle, and high schools that serve comprehensive high school feeder patters.  This daily position will start on the first day of school and last through the end of the school year; Area Guest Teachers are expected to work as a guest teacher within their assigned area every day.

*Special Education Paraeducator - Elementary & Secondary

Paraeducator Candidates:  Federal Way Public Schools proctors the Para Pro Assessment Test for candidates who do not meet the 72 quarter college credit requirement.  Please call 253 945 2073 if you would like a study guide emailed, to schedule an appointment and/or if you have questions.  There is a $55.00 fee.  There are other locations proctoring the test https://www.ets.org/parapro/register/centers and there is a remote option https://www.prometric.com/ParaPro.
