Administrative Assistant to provide assistance for the In Year Summer School Principal in preparation for the program to be run June and July. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing files, preparing documents, managing spreadsheets, helping with registration, and other duties as assigned. The role is a temporary voucher position.
Qualifications
Must be proficient in typing (45 wpm) and experienced in general computer programs such as Word and Excel.
Must have the ability to operate office equipment, do basic data entry, and maintain records and scheduling.
Should have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact constructively with others.
