HTSACC Program Operations Specialist
10 month Position:  September 1st - June 30th
Part Time - 0.45 FTE
Effective: Immediately
 
The Hanover Township Public Schools is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Program Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of our before care, after care, summer camp, and enrichment programs. This role focuses on enrollment management, data analysis, financial oversight, communication, and operational consistency to enhance program quality and family satisfaction.
 
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of administrative experience.
• Experience with child care registration systems (Eleyo preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Drive applications and digital tools (Canva preferred).
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, staff, and community partners.
• Must meet NJ residency and criminal history requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage enrollment systems (Eleyo), registration updates, capacity tracking, and family communications, including past-due balances.
• Analyze enrollment, attendance, and financial data to support data-informed decisions.
• Assist with budgeting support, vendor comparisons, purchasing, and resource tracking.
• Coordinate enrichment activities, field trips, and vendor communications.
• Develop program materials, flyers, and brochures to promote programs.
• Serve as liaison with families, Site Leaders, transportation, and district staff.
• Support staffing operations, including timesheet review and substitute coordination.
• Perform related duties and occasional extended hours as needed.
 
Salary Range : $22,200 — $25,000

Position Purpose
 
Memorial Junior School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Science Teacher to serve in a maternity leave replacement position. The ideal candidate will engage students in hands-on, inquiry-based science learning that fosters curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking across grades 6–8.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
• Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in life, physical, and Earth sciences aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
• Curriculum and Assessment: Design and assess lessons and activities that promote scientific understanding and problem-solving.
• Classroom Environment: Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and respect for all learners.
• Differentiation: Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with grade-level and content-area colleagues to enhance the science experience.

Qualifications
 
• Valid New Jersey Teacher of Science certification (content area required).
• Additional Elementary (K–6) certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working with middle school students.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with technology and digital learning tools.
 
Compensation
 
• Per Diem Rate: $315.00 (BA, Step 1)
• Salary in accordance with the HTEA Salary Guide

This position involves dispatching, routing, operational recordkeeping, communication, and provides driving coverage as needed to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of students.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid NJ CDL Class B with Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
• Experience in school transportation operations preferred.
• Familiarity with routing/transportation management systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct required safety inspections.
• Must meet NJ residency, criminal history, and medical requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
