Qualifications: High School Diploma; Working knowledge of a building’s basic HVAC systems, technical competencies including use of computer, maintenance, landscaping, cleaning supplies and chemicals Reports to: Building Administrators and Director of Facilities and Transportation Evaluation: As per association agreement Work Calendar: Full-Time, 12 month position as per association agreement Position Goal: To enhance the educational environment by effectively, efficiently and thoroughly performing cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and security tasks Rate of Pay/Benefits: See attached salary schedule per the negotiated agreement. Qualifications: High School Diploma; Valid Class D Illinois Driver’s license; Excellent driving record; Working knowledge of materials, equipment, tools and techniques of building/ materials trades; Basic plumbing and welding skills; Basic computer skills and use of HVAC software; Basic asbestos license Reports to: Director of Facilities and Transportation Evaluation: As per the association agreement Work Calendar: Full-Time, 12 month position as per association agreement Position Goal: To assist the Facilities Supervisor in the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment and to perform delivery of multiple items as needed Rate of Pay/Benefits: See attached salary schedule per the negotiated agreement. Day-to-Day Substitute Teacher
Job Goal: Substitute teachers are needed to fill day-to-day and long term leave positions within the district. The substitute teacher must maintain a positive learning environment and provide instruction in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
Qualifications: Preferred that you have a Professional Educator License (PEL) endorsed in Elementary Education (K-9) or endorsed in Secondary Education (6-12) with multiple endorsements. Educator License with Stipulation(ELS) as a Substitute will also be considered. Working Conditions: On call during the school year. Daily pay rate: Elementary and Middle School $130.00; position is not eligible for benefits. *Long Term Paid the daily rate $238.89 (2024-2025 school year teacher base salary schedule Lane 1 Step 1) as per the negotiated agreement.
*Long term positions are classified as 20 consecutive days in the same assignment.
