Teaching Positions
Hilliard City Schools accepts applications year-round. Individuals interested in any teaching, pupil services, or tutoring positions should
apply online. In order to ensure your application is as accurate as possible, we encourage you to periodically update your information. All additional information (cover letters, references letters, certificate/license, transcripts, resume, etc.) may be uploaded per directions in the online application materials.
Teachers’ Salary Schedule Note: Three letters of recommendation must be uploaded to your application. Failure to do so may prevent your application from being reviewed. Please do not submit additional information and copies to schools or the district office. Current students should note that we understand you may be unable to transmit copies of teaching licenses and transcripts at this time. Lack of these documents will not prevent your application from being considered but should be added to your application via upload at the time of their receipt. Please do not ask your colleges/universities to mail credentials to our schools or our district office. Please be sure to click on the “submit” button at the end of your application each time you add documents or amend your application.

Bus driver, substitute bus driver and
substitute transportation aide applicants should also

CDL training may be provided to driver applicants selected. Hilliard City Schools fills our substitute needs through the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio Council of Governments (ESC-COG). Applications for a substitute teacher, substitute secretary, substitute aide (special needs classroom and media) and substitute custodian may be completed by accessing their
