Responsibility

This position has significant impact on the district's ability to foster equitable family and community partnerships and to ensure the Community Resource Center is a vibrant, well-managed hub of services for students, families, and the broader community. Assistant Principal
The job of the Assistant Principal – Discipline and Attendance administers school and District policies and regulations as needed, including assurance of due process, campus security and safety, supervision of certificated and classified employees, student discipline, attendance monitoring, and managing specific school programs as assigned. The Assistant Principal will supervise classroom instruction and evaluate teaching performance for assigned curriculum area. The Assistant Principal will assist in creating a total school atmosphere conducive to optimum student progress and participate in the ongoing development and evaluation of the district's educational program.

Special Education Program Coordinator
The Special Education Program Coordinator will assist the Director of Special Services to plan, organize, and direct the services of the Special Education instructional programs in the Tolleson Union High School District to ensure compliance and effectiveness of those programs. Represent the Tolleson Union High School District at various school districts, agencies, higher educational institutions, and community activities, as specified by the Director of Special Education. PurposeThe job of the School Psychologist is for the purpose of supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development. The School Psychologist will assess and address learning and behavioral challenges, collaborate with educators and parents, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment, their role involves providing counseling, conducting assessments, and implementing interventions to enhance students' overall well-being. PurposeThe job of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing screening, diagnostic assessment, therapy, and consultation services in communication disorders.
