WORK CONDITIONS:
Assigned to multiple elementary school sites as needed.
Requires flexibility in scheduling and travel between school locations.

Must obtain a GA DNR UST Class C certification
Must have the physical ability to drive and perform all duties related to school bus operations
Possession of Class A or Class B Georgia Commercial Driver’s License with a P and S endorsement

Two (2) years of experience as a mechanic with at least one (1) year of experience working full-time with commercial transportation vehicles other than passenger cars; or
A minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience working as a school bus mechanic’s apprentice.
ASE certification (S series)
Two (2) years of experience in a bus maintenance setting
