To be considered for a vacancy, you must submit a completed application and select vacancies for which you wish to be considered. To be considered for new vacancies after you have completed an application, simply log-in to your existing application and select the additional vacancies of interest.  This will ensure that you are in the candidate pool for those vacancies.


A completed application contains three professional references and must include your current supervisor. 

Referrals are made at the discretion of the Department of Human Resources. Qualified candidates are referred to various schools or departments as positions become available. If your qualifications meet our needs or we have questions surrounding your experience, we will contact you for further information. If your application is referred, the hiring principal or supervisor may contact you to schedule an interview. Applicants should not contact schools or hiring supervisors directly regarding vacancies. Expressing interest in a particular opening does not guarantee a referral.
